During this time of COVID-19
even though most of the world has returned to a semi-normal lifestyle, we have
experienced many delays of several weeks recently on United States Postal
Service shipments (even priority shipments).
Shipping Choices: UPS VS USPS
At checkout you are given the choice to choose
USPS (Postal Service) or UPS. If you are
in a rush or want to make sure that your order is received timely, we urge
you to choose UPS as your shipping method.
Even though it does cost a bit more, we have found it to be more
reliable than the United States Post Office. Please refer to the map below to
get estimated arrival time of your package from our location. Please note that shipping times do not include

we must allow 30 days from the time your items are shipped before we can
replace a “lost” order. We realize that
this is a huge inconvenience, but we have had a few instances where shipments
are taking 3 weeks to get to some customers.
Additionally, we have experienced items being received by customers
before any tracking information has been updated in the USPS system. Even though we have contacted the US
Postmaster several times, we have not received any answer to these problems. We have absolutely no control over this
shipping issue. We value your business
and, of course, this is not the norm, but do want you to know that it could
happen. We appreciate your patience.
International Shipping / Free Shipping
Unfortunately, at this
time because of shipping problems associated with the COVID pandemic, we are
not shipping outside the United States.
US Customers--If the items in your order which
qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more, your order ships FREE! Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout
Orders and Processing
We do not issue
refunds for forgotten discount codes for any reason. Orders are normally shipped within 2-3
business days. However, in some cases, if something is out of stock, longer
shipping times may apply. You will be notified if something is out of stock
that will hold up your order more than a day or two. Turnaround times are based
on business-days and do not include weekends or observed holidays.
Normal order processing times do not apply during peak season. Peak season is
typically July - September and November - December. Please allow up to 5
additional business days in peak season. These times are only an estimate, and
your order may ship much sooner. Please know that we are working to get
your order to you as quickly as possible.
